Parker AC890 AC Drive
The AC890 system driver is a modular AC motor driver performance unit that can be combined to form a complete multi-segment drive system, saving space, reducing wiring, and providing an excellent system. The safety torque switch function (PLE of the SIL3 or according to EN ISO13849 and EN 61800-5-2 classes) provides the framework for the blast furnace.
The AC890 offers V/F, sensorless vector, closed-loop flux vector and servo position control, from simple AC motor control parts to more demanding parts. The AC890 comes in a wide variety of sizes and grades as well as input and output types, making it a solution for motion control projects.
The AC890 can be configured with five motor control modes
Open loop V/F control
This mode is suitable for basic speed control or multi-motor parallel control.
Sensorless vector control
With a cutting-edge sensorless vector algorithm, the AC890 provides high starting torque and fast speed adjustment without the need for any speed measuring devices.
Closed loop vector control
The AC890 with the encoder feedback option can achieve full closed loop flux vector performance. Provides 100% full load static torque and high dynamic response speed loop. meet

AFE, used for line regeneration
Using this configuration for situations where 4-Q or continuous braking is required, regenerative energy is returned to the grid to ensure a power factor of 1 and a very low current harmonic content

Compatible with various feedback devices
The AC890 is compatible with any AC motor and any speed/position feedback option. With this flexibility, you do not need to replace existing AC motors to achieve high performance requirements

The performance of the AC890 inverter provides a level suitable for your application needs. With 2 different performance levels, the AC890 system allows for flexibility of use.
